DESCRIPTION:
This work aims at researching the existing service-oriented technologies, such as Web, Grid, and Peer-to-Peer services, and at developing a language, along with its enacting engine, for discovering such heterogeneous services, in a unified manner, based on their semantics and Quality-of-Service (QoS) characteristics.
